![]() ![]() Plus, he has a CONTRACT FOR LIFE with Dolan. Yes, Jeff Gorton might be the GM on paper, but Glen Sather was running this team for the last 15 years. His stupidity and money first attitude has trickled down to the GM position. His stuff with Isiah Thomas alone takes the cake. When you talk about stupid owners, James Dolan is on the top of the list. It’s not like his building will be empty, even if it might sound empty the majority of the time. However, Dolan is money first, winning second, so it doesn’t matter. Lundqvist and Carmelo Anthony may sell a ton of jerseys & tickets to corporations, but these players don’t win championships. I’ve talked about this before, in reference to Dolan. Dolan only cares about money and that careless attitude about the product on the ice (and on the basketball court) is why he’s never seen his Rangers or Knicks win a championship. However, their drive to be the best is always there. Do those men have their negative sides? Of course. For all the quirks about those three men, they don’t accept losing. It’s sad that the Rangers don’t have an owner like a George Steinbrenner, a Jerry Jones, a Donald Trump or a Mark Cuban. If it wasn’t for those Edmonton years, where Gretzky and Messier fell into his lap, he wouldn’t have the job he has today. Glen Sather is just senile and if wasn’t for Mike Milbury, you could argue that he is the worst GM, EVER, in NY hockey history. The Garden is a funeral home for playoff games because real fans can’t afford to go. Trust me, I have Cablevision, I know all about it. Dolan is obsessed with money and ripping his customers off. I am not a fan of Glen Sather, nor James Dolan either. This is what I wrote 5 months ago, at the end of the season: What drives me nuts is that do you really think Dolan cares about winning? ![]() My blood was boiling today when I saw that NY Ranger tickets were made available to the general public and what face value was for the cheap seats. I’ve talked a lot about my disgust for Dolan over the years. Here’s a different blog than usual, as I express my utter contempt for James Dolan and the greedy NY Rangers organization. The building also features a 5,000-square-foot terrace and lounge on the 17th floor with panoramic views of Lower Manhattan.“Lower ticket prices? N-word please!” Pic Credit: Tenants at 3 World Trade Center now have access to INSPIRE, a new hospitality company from Silverstein Properties that offers premier social and wellness programming ranging from yoga classes, happy hours, and culinary experiences, to lectures and massage sessions. ![]() “The WTC campus is 95 percent leased, and midweek occupancy is up to 70 percent at 3 WTC.” “The World Trade Center is an ideal home for innovative technology companies like StubHub that want new space with great amenities close to where their workforce lives,” said Jeremy Moss, EVP of leasing at Silverstein Properties. In an effort to consolidate its commercial footprint, the company will close multiple locations in Midtown, and instead occupy 44,000 square feet of 3 World Trade Center’s 59th floor.ĭesigned by Rogers Stirk Harbor + Partners, 3 World Trade Center was completed in 2018 and now features asking rents around $125 per square foot, according to a statement from Silverstein Properties which represented the landlord in lease negotiations with StubHub. StubHub, one of the world’s largest online destinations for ticketed live events, will establish its new headquarters at 3 World Trade Center in Manhattan’s Financial District. ![]()
